Órgano gubernamental estadounidense encargado de administrar la ley nacional de relaciones laborales (1935).
Este consejo de tres miembros, nombrados por el presidente, organiza elecciones para determinar si los empleados desean ser representados por un
sindicato en la
negociación colectiva y supervisa las prácticas laborales de empleadores y sindicatos. No inicia investigaciones; su participación debe ser solicitada por los empleadores, trabajadores o sindicatos. Aunque carece de atribuciones para hacer cumplir sus órdenes, puede entablar acciones ante los tribunales.
